Through the exploration of movement we will navigate between worlds, unearth buried treasures, discover the infinite potential of the body.
We will immerse ourselves in the richness of nature to encounter new forms of language, new access doors to the expression of unsuspected parts of our Being.
Different practices (massage, dance, shamanic rituals, vibrational journey, connection to plants, acroyoga, vocal expression, theatrical games, meditative walk, ceremony of cocoa ) will nourrish the encounter with oneself.
From new perspectives, we will draw from our inner earth the creative fire. The connection to her intuition, to her creative pulse will lead each woman into a unique artistic transformation (painting, land art, music, dance, poetry, theater, sculpture...)

We will regularly ask ourselves the question:
✦ How life tastes through me ?
✦ What seeks to express itself through me?
✦ From what space do I connect to myself, to nature, to the other?
✦ How can I create a deep connection with nature, feeling myself intimately part of something bigger than me?
Practices will take place in secret places on the island carefully chosen for their vibratory quality in order to reconnect the wisdom of the goddesses, the beauty of the sirens, the magic of the elements.
The island has a powerful feminine energy that will accompany us to reconnect the archetype of the wild woman, the artist, the medicine woman, the wise woman, the healer, the goddess.

How is a typical day?
✦ 8am/9am: breakfast
✦ 9h/12h30: practice time (different workshops every day)
✦ 1:00 p.m./2:00 p.m.: delicious lunch
✦ 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.: free time, discovery of the island, healing, individual creative time, discovery of the island's artistic markets where you can be inspired by the artisans of the island (and find queen clothes )
✦ 6 p.m. / 7:30 p.m.: practice time
Special events of the retreat
✦ A live music concert (singing circle) with a talented musician from the island will allow us to open our voices and connect as a group to our essence.
✦ A cocoa ceremony.
✦ An evening of celebration (on Friday) to dance on the mythical beach of Benirras to the sound of drums facing the sunset.
✦ A day in silence to explore the richness of our interiority
At the end of the day, I will dedicate time to accompany you in your individual process if you feel the need.
The retreat will be in French with translation into English or Spanish if needed.
In a magnificent authentic finca in the north of the island where nature is wild and unspoilt. With its old charm, its large terraces, the house is an ideal space for healing and of inspiration.
Accommodation will be in a shared room for two. No possibility of a single room.
WHERE WILL WE LIVE?
THE KITCHEN
Laurane will delight us with her vegetarian cuisine, creative and inspired by numerous travels. It is with love that she will prepare 3 meals for us a day (breakfast, lunch or picnic and dinner).
Floral waters, infusions and fruits will be available during the day. Fruits and vegetables will be local and/or organic. Vegan, gluten-free and lactose-free options will of course be possible.

Stay from Sunday June 5 (arrival from 4 p.m. at the course location) to Saturday June 11 (departure before 11 a.m.)

Teaching + concert = 470 euros
6 nights accommodation in a shared room for two people + meals = 400 euros

What is NOT included in the course:
✦ Car rental (I encourage you to rent a car to be independent for your free time or possibly to coordinate with the other participants). Travel for group excursions is not included and is not possible on foot.
✦ Return plane ticket
✦ Meals taken outside as an extra
✦ Massage and extra treatment (possibility of receiving massages, aquatic treatments during free time)
RESERVATION
The reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of a deposit of 500 euros and the totality onemonth before the start of the retreat.
✦ By the way, where is Ibiza?
Ibiza is part of the Balearic Islands and is located in front of
Barcelona.
✦ How to come to Ibiza ?
By plane from many capitals and cities (Brussels, Barcelona, Geneva, Paris, Lyon, Nice, Toulouse, Marseille...).
At this time there are direct flights.
The house is located 40 minutes from Ibiza airport (there is only one).
Provide rental car or taxi from the airport if you do not have a driver's license.
By boat from Barcelona or Valencia. The crossing is done day or night.
It lasts an average of 8 hours and offers a magnificent sunrise or sunset on arrival.
The ferry option allows you to come with your car.
