into a fluid and natural dance.

Co-create with your body's intelligence!

Fascia MOVE is a body practice, resulting from the vision of Nathalie Varlet.

This approach merges

physiological knowledge of fascia

with the poetic dimension of bodily expression

to offer a deep exploration of oneself.

What is the Fascia Movement?

THE BASIC PRINCIPLES

FOCUS AND SENSORY PERCEPTION

This sensory approach allows us to explore movement without trying to manipulate it, but rather to feel every sensation in our body.

This mindfulness practice enables us to deepen our body awareness and explore the subtleties of our movements.

Tissue listening and neuroplasticity

By letting go of pre-established movement patterns, we encourage the body's spontaneous, organic expression.

Listening to the tissues  allows the fascia to adapt and remodel itself, strengthening our mind-body connection and our ability to move with fluidity and ease.

Freedom of movement

Strength arises from tissue interconnection and the perception of bodily unity.

By understanding and cultivating this interconnectedness, we strengthen not only our physical capacity, but also our presence and awareness in movement.

A session takes place in 3 stages

01

Sensory Exploration

By paying attention to every sensation and welcoming the messages from our body, we open the way to a deeper understanding of ourselves.

02

Movement Sequence

A sequence of fluid and organic movements, allowing us to feel that each part of our body is connected and interdependent.

03

Liberation of the Movement
and physical strength

A sequence of fluid and organic movements, allowing us to feel that each part of our body is connected and interdependent.

The Exercises and their Particularities

Each movement sequence is based on the physiology of the fascias, encouraging fluidity and freedom of movement.

Movements are slow, continuous and unifying, allowing participants to fully explore their body and its capacities.

They emphasize the relaxation of fascial tissue, as it is in this relaxation that lies the key to discovering an internal, organic movement beyond our conscious will.
