In Paris, I will give 3 types of sessions:

These sessions are suitable for cases of bodily blockages, physical pain (back, stiff neck, cervical stiffness, sprains, sciatica, lingering tendonitis, etc.), or feelings of disconnection from the body.
The goal of these sessions is to help you reconnect with your body and relieve blockages and pain.
At the end of the session, I will offer you some body integration exercises so that you can establish a daily routine.

FASCIATHERAPY / MOVEMENT THERAPY

The goal of this session is to unify the different parts of the body through a coherent movement.
The intention: TO FEEL and CONNECT to body memories.
Rediscover the bodily connection with what feels separate, to rebuild inner coherence.
This session is suitable if you feel disconnected from your body, stressed, exhausted, or with emotions that you cannot release.

Fascia Dance Massage

These sessions aim to regain inner coherence by healing stories from the past, the patterns that influence your present abilities.
The themes that we deal with in sessions: anxiety, loss of meaning, repetitive relational patterns, physical pain, doubts, fears, work...
For this session, I ask you to come with specific symptoms or problems that affect your life.
Duration: 45 minutes / 1 hour

This course can have two objectives:
Relieve physical pain: You learn to use your own movement to heal your blockages and release your pain. At the end of the session, I give you a series of exercises so you can practice at home.
Develop your dance:
Whether you are a dancer or a beginner, this class helps you feel your natural movement and let it emerge in the form of dance.
The session is structured into three stages:
refine body perception,
explore movement structures,
create your own flow, free and intuitive.
